The Residential Roof Mister System consist of roof misters placed through the roof at 15 foot
intervals (as shown above) to provide an evenly distributed misting action to cool the roof. These
misters are electronically controlled to run a few seconds every 5 to 8 minutes to keep the roof
cool during the day as the hot sun is heating the roof. The Roof Misters are small and
unobtrusive as shown in the picture above.
The residential roof misters are sold in complete kits of parts that can be installed by the home
owner, your local builder or plumber, or we can arrange installation.
